Governance

  • Branch Management is the Branch's body.
  • Management is responsible for managing the Branch's business. Within the scope of the general policy, as established by the head office's Management Committee, management is responsible for the observation and application of banking and financial legislation and regulations, the articles of association, rules, orders and decisions made by the relevant authorities. Management provides for the execution of decisions and directives from head office and Internal Audit. It ensures that internal organisation and procedures correspond to the requirements of the head office's activities, and its development. It brings into effect all necessary directives.
  • Management ensures that the Branch's obligation of confidentiality is respected, in line with Swiss legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Decisions regarding Branch operation are made by the Managing Director within the bounds of the powers set out the internal organisation regulations, in partnership with business managers and the Management Committee. In the event of the absence of the Managing Director, his or her functions are carried out by the Deputy Managing Director.

Supervision

  • Keytrade Bank SA, Brussels, Geneva Branch is subject to supervision by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA.
